Build time will take approximately 10 months. 

HOA will start between $400 and $450 per month. Ultimately the home owners committee will have to vote once phase 1 has been completed. 

It will cover security and all maintenance of all common areas such as the pickleball court, the gym facilites, the playground and the yoga area. 

All permits have been approved and the constitution of the condominium has been completed as of November 2024.
