The purchase of a lot is a standard transaction with a 30 day close after legal due diligence is approved. 

Build time will take approximately 10 months. 

HOA will start between $400 and $450 per month. Please find the HOA bylaws in the downloads section below. 

It will cover security and all maintenance of all common areas such as the pickleball court, the gym facilites, the playground and the yoga area. 

Currently you can build with our developer choosing from a 3 bedroom home priced at $490,000 or a 4 bedroom home priced at $520,000. This would be on top of the purchase of your lot at $265,000.
