Offers a lifetime of experience creating condominium projects and many years in the position of Minister of Housing for Costa Rica. Fernando brings with him a wealth of knowledge from a life time of dedicating himself to creating housing in Costa Rica and non profit work in the United States.

CO-FOUNDER, DEVELOPER & GM

Nick has over 25 years of building high end housing in Australia and New Zealand. He moved here with the goal to build an environmentally and sustainable development that maintains the high standard of building.

CO-FOUNDER, OPERATIONS MANAGER

Felipe has extensive experience in developing residential and commercial projects in Chile. A great asset to the project as his responsibilities include but not limited to monitoring all time lines and costs.

INTERIOR DESIGNER 

Gillian, an interior designer in Costa Rica for over 10 years, works collaboratively with clients to create both beautiful and functional spaces based on her clients’ needs. Gillian is able to offer more affordable alternatives, when designing and furnishing your dream space in Avemoana. 

SENIOR PROJECT ARCHITECT

With over 40 years of professional experience, Ronald is skilled at leading discussions with client groups to establish goals, explore opportunities and build consensus. He is passionate about designing creative solutions that advance each client’s mission. He has served as the lead architect for Municipalities, as well as his own design and construction firm.

MANAGING PROJECT ARCHITECT

With a strong commitment to exceptional client service, Esteban seeks progressive solutions to project planning, design and construction management issues. His educational training in both Costa Rica and the United States has been honed through 15 years of on-the-job experience, leading to a long list of successful projects in Washington State, Idaho and Guanacaste. 

PROJECT SUPERINTENDENT

Orlando has 26 years of experience in all aspects of construction management, and he has an excellent record of bringing projects in on time and on budget. He has worked in a variety of industry roles including, foreman, estimator, project manager, scheduler and business owner.
